SINGAPORE. Dubai Duty Free was further recognised for its CSR efforts at the 7th CMO Asia Best CSR and Sustainability Awards, where the retailer received three awards.
Dubai Duty Free was awarded with ‘Best Corporate Social Responsibility Practices’ for its “commitment and excellent integration” of CSR, creating an immeasurable difference to people’s lives through its diverse and effective community involvement, projects and initiatives both local and overseas.
The ‘Best Environment Friendly Project’ was awarded to Dubai Duty Free’s two environmental projects: The Kids Enviro Club and Dubai Duty Free Environmental Tagline Competition introduced during World Environment Day 2017. The latter emphasised Dubai Duty Free’s mission to deepen employee awareness on personal responsibility and commitment to adopt sustainable practices with long term impacts towards environmental protection.
Lastly, the retailer won the ‘Workplace Safety and Health Performance Award’ for its health and safety procedures and practices demonstrated in day-to-day activities.

Since 2014, Dubai Duty Free has won a total of eleven awards from CMO Asia.
