UAE. Dubai Duty Free has opened an Official Store in anticipation of the Expo 2020 Dubai, set for 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022.
Expo 2020 Dubai, which was rescheduled due to the global pandemic, is the largest event ever to be held in the Arab world. It promises to bring together the world’s leading countries and organisations to address the challenges faced by humanity on a global scale.
The Expo 2020 Dubai Official Store offers a selection of event-branded gifts, souvenirs and limited edition memorabilia. It is located in Concourse B beside Gate 28 at Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Customers can also browse and pre-order Expo 2020 merchandise on Dubai Duty Free’s ecommerce platform. In addition, customers in the UAE can shop online and use the retailers’ home delivery service.
The Expo 2020 Dubai event will showcase over 191 country pavilions, 60 daily shows and experiences, over 200 restaurants, and more than 200 pavilions daily.
Some of the event’s core themes include climate and diversity, space, urban & rural development, tolerance and inclusivity, knowledge and learning, travel and connectivity, global goals, health and wellness, food, agriculture and livelihood, and water. All themes fall under the Expo’s Programme for People and Planet roadmap.
