Diageo has released the first-ever innovation for Tanqueray No. Ten, initially as a global travel retail-exclusive.

Tanqueray No. Ten Citrus Heart Edition (45.3% ABV) was launched in key airports across the world including Heathrow, Dubai, Auckland and Madrid in January ahead of being released into other markets in the summer.

The recommended serve of Tanqueray No. Ten Citrus Heart Edition is with a premium tonic, a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary

Diageo Global Travel Retail Marketing & Innovation Director Anna MacDonald said: “We know that gin lovers are always seeking out new and exciting liquids. Tanqueray No. Ten Citrus Heart Edition offers something fresh and exciting, and feeds that desire for experimentation. We love bringing new, innovative ideas to our customers.”

The new innovation balances the grapefruit taste, juniper notes and rosemary finish of Tanqueray No. Ten with sweet, sour, juicy and tart citrus flavours.

“We love experimenting with new botanicals just as our founder Charles Tanqueray did nearly 200 years ago,” Tanqueray No. Ten Master Distiller Terry Fraser added. “Exploring, in a new way, the fresh citrus heart of Tanqueray No. Ten allowed me to discover a whole new side to this exceptional gin.”
