DFS Group to debut Fenty Beauty by Rihanna in Hong Kong and Macau

ASIA PACIFIC. DFS Group will debut makeup brand Fenty Beauty by Rihanna in selected stores from 3 September.

‘Beauty For All’: DFS is one of the first retailers in Asia to offer the coveted cosmetic brand created by Rihanna

DFS will stock Fenty Beauty by Rihanna exclusively in Macau and be one of the first retailers in Hong Kong to debut the brand.

Rihanna developed her global makeup brand in partnership with Kendo Brands, an LVMH-owned beauty developer, in 2017. This latest expansion broadens the brand’s Asian base.

According to the brand owner, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna features a focus on skin tones that have been traditionally underrepresented in beauty, formulas that work for all skin types, layered textures and universal shades.

Rihanna said: “I created Fenty Beauty because I wanted to make a beauty brand that is inclusive for people everywhere. I want everyone to feel beautiful, recognised and empowered, no matter their ethnicity, culture, skin tone or style.”

The Asia launch proliferates the brand’s mantra of ‘Beauty For All’ – a notion of inclusivity that goes beyond skin tone to incorporate values and beliefs.
