“Delicious dishes very fast”: Paradies Lagardère brings P.F. Chang’s to Los Angeles International Airport

USA. Paradies Lagardère has opened a P.F. Chang’s outlet at Los Angeles International Airport’s Tom Bradley International Terminal.

It will be the brand’s fourth airport site following launches in Atlanta, Detroit and Tampa.

P.F. Chang’s puts a focus on comfort, hospitality and service

The upscale casual restaurant offers an a-la-carte menu with most dishes cooked in a Northern-style Chinese wok at 900 degrees. The ancient technique creates a “wok hay” or “breath of wok” and mixes smoky, caramelized flavours and crispy textures.

Menu items at Los Angeles International include Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, Dynamite Shrimp, and the original Cecilia’s Pork and Shrimp dumplings.

“Paradies Lagardère is bringing the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favourite national brand – P.F. Chang’s – into the airport,” said Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President, Food and Beverage Bill Casey. “The Food and Beverage team at Paradies Lagardère has cultivated a long relationship with P.F. Chang’s.”

Los Angeles World Airports Chief Experience Officer Barbara Yamamoto commented: “Bringing together cultures from around the world is not just about travellers, but also providing a unique dining and retail experience that embraces the diversity of Los Angeles, and today’s opening adds to the variety and quality of what we have to offer our guests who travel through Tom Bradley International Terminal.”

P.F. Chang’s Vice President of Marketing, Global Brand Development Genaro Perez added: “P.F. Chang’s wok cooking method allows us to create delicious dishes very fast which provides a fantastic solution for airport travellers that are looking for a great meal delivered in a short period of time.”
