Dallas/Fort Worth Airport releases RFP for 16 new retail and F&B outlets

USA. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for 16 locations in 11 packages. The RFP covers eight retail units and eight food & beverage outlets.

The F&B opportunities include a Texan cuisine restaurant, a bar, two units for sweet snacks, two for salty snacks, a gelato/frozen treat outlet and there is a café combined with a travel essential outlet. Other retail includes two electronics stores, a convenience retail outlet, a candy store and the balance is made up of travel essentials outlets with a coffee offer.

The stores range in size from 84sq ft (for the smaller of the sweet snacks locations) to 5,457sq ft (for the bar).

A Pre-Proposal Conference takes place on Tuesday 17 October at the Hyatt Regency DFW. The due date for proposals is 12 December.
