Front page news on The Telegraph website relating how researchers at the University of Oxford believe they have made a breakthrough in the development of a coronavirus vaccine. David Carpenter, Chairman of the Berkshire Research Ethics Committee, which approved the Oxford trial, told The Telegraph that the vaccine team was “absolutely on track”. The Times picks up on the same story, saying that in a phase-one trial involving about 1,000 British volunteers, a University of Oxford vaccine appears to have stimulated the desired response from the immune system. Click here for full report.
