Coty launches Calvin Klein Women activations at airports around the world

Coty has unveiled a series of pop-up activations in airports across the globe to mark the launch of the Calvin Klein Women fragrance in travel retail.

As reported, Calvin Klein Women is the first Calvin Klein fragrance developed under the vision of Chief Creative Officer Raf Simons. It celebrates a “dynamic and multifaceted femininity”, according to the brand.

Celebrating femininity: Calvin Klein Women was devised by perfumers Annick Menardo and Honorine Blanc, and is intended as “a play of contrasts, as infinitely varied as the personas of the women who inspire it”.

Hollywood actresses Saoirse Ronan and Lupita Nyong’o are the faces of the Calvin Klein Women campaign, which aims to “champion iconic women and celebrate heroines of contemporary culture”.

The airport pop-ups are running between September and October. They feature giant cut-outs of Ronan and Nyong’o, Coty said. Shoppers are being invited to choose from six of the campaign icons, with whom they can then take a selfie and receive a personalised campaign visual.
