USA. Concessions International will open a Bobby’s Burger Palace at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport’s Concourse B early next year.
The fast-casual burger concept was created by award-winning chef and TV personality Bobby Flay in 2008. It has 17 locations across nine US states and Washington DC. The Concourse B outlet will be the company’s first airport-licensed location.
The Bobby’s Burger Palace menu includes 12 made-to-order burgers, fries with sauces and toppings, salads, milkshakes and other drinks.
Bobby’s Burger Palace Founder and Managing Partner Bobby Flay said: “This is an exciting time for Bobby’s Burger Palace as we team up with Concessions International to bring our signature hamburgers to over a hundred million travellers who visit Hartsfield-Jackson each year.
“Our menu celebrates my love for food and travel, which makes the most travelled airport in the world an ideal location. We believe this licensing deal will be the first of many, as we have a significant opportunity to grow worldwide.”
Concessions International CEO Donata Russell Ross* added: “We are very excited to be working with Bobby Flay to bring Bobby’s Burger Palace to Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson. Bobby’s passion for food and quality, and his focus on hospitality is ideal for the millions of people who travel through Atlanta each year.”
