Furla will introduce new styles for men and women in its Pre-Fall 2019 collection at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition (Basement 2, J22).
Bags and accessories for men target both work and leisure usage, with designs referencing nature, including mountain chains and city skylines.
The Furla Ulisse line features a reimagined backpack in Furla Grid PVC-coated canvas with a geometric pattern. Details include a flap and front pocket in Eracle and Fleu calfskin leather. The straps are nylon and the edges of the backpack are ‘invisible’, sewn inversely to combine style and practicality.
The same construction characterises two other new Ulisse pieces: the messenger bag and the pouch.
For women, the Furla Fantastica is available in three sizes: mini, small and medium. It features caramello-coloured Bouclé calfskin leather, jacquard fabric with Eracle calfskin leather trim and the new double ‘F’ Furla monogramme as an all-over graphic.
The bag has a double handle, adjustable shoulder strap and metal feet. Both the medium and small versions have external back pockets.
