According to Clinique, skin is +36% brighter immediately after using Daily Booster

Clinique has strengthened its skincare offer with a new Fresh Pressed System which harnesses the power of pure vitamin c.

The Clinique Fresh Pressed 7-Day System with Pure Vitamin C line comprises Renewing Powder Cleanser with Pure Vitamin C and Clinique Fresh Pressed Daily Booster with Pure Vitamin C 10%. Both products will be available in global travel retail from March.

The Fresh Pressed System, designed as a daily supplement to visibly rejuvenate skin from the outside, uses vitamin C to brighten, even and retexturise skin. Clinique has designed packaging which isolates the pure vitamin C until activation to maintain freshness and maximum results.

Renewing Powder Cleanser with Pure Vitamin C is an ultra-fine powder which is activated with water. Formulated with vitamin C, kaolin clay and salicylic acid, the powder cleanser is claimed to restore radiance, exfoliate skin and absorb oil, dirt and pollutants.

The pure vitamin C in the Daily Booster with Pure Vitamin C 10% is isolated in a sealed chamber within a lightproof vial. The 10% vitamin C is released by the press of a button and should be mixed with the soothing emulsion. Once mixed, the formula can be mixed with a moisturiser to brighten skin’s look, according to Clinique.

The Daily Booster also includes molasses, which are said to break up existing dark spots into microscopic particles; mulberry root extract, scutellaria extract and grape fruit extract; salicylic acid and sucrose, betaine, algae extract and caffeine.

To celebrate the launch, Clinique is partnering with juice and coffee bar chain Joe & The Juice. The Danish brand has developed a ‘Fresh Pressed Daily Booster’ juice which will be sold in the following Joe & The Juice airport locations from 15 March for one month: Stansted, Birmingham, Copenhagen and Stockholm Arlanda.
