SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group (CAG) has launched an online Safe Travel Concierge (STC) service designed to ease the anxiety of air travel by helping passengers navigate pre-travel requirements.
Passengers can set up a profile and add travel details for themselves and their companions. STC allows them to pre-book and pay for on-arrival COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing and provides a customised list of pre-travel requirements based on profile and travel details.
Passengers can also access services such as the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority’s electronic Arrival Card and Health Declaration form. They will be prompted to check and confirm the completion of requirements prior to travel and can choose to receive updates on the latest Covid-19 news and regulations in Singapore.
Changi Airport Group Managing Director for Airport Operations Management Jayson Goh said: “As we prepare for the reopening of international borders, Changi Airport continues to innovate and leverage technology to ensure a safe and pleasant traveller experience for our passengers.
“With the support of the Singapore Tourism Board, we first trialed the STC prototype at TravelRevive, the first hybrid tradeshow in Singapore. We are glad to launch it today for all passengers and encourage them to use it for a smoother experience at Changi Airport.”
