Edouard de Boissieu has been appointed Head of Travel Retail at Champagne Lanson, effective 1 January. He takes charge of airlines, cruise lines and duty free.

De Boissieu replaces Olivier de la Giraudière, who is retiring after 15 years with the Champagne house.

Champagne Lanson Overseas Export Director & Global Travel Retail Director Emmanuel Gantet said: “I would like to warmly thank Olivier for his commitment, dedication and support over the last 15 years to represent and develop our brand into the domestic and travel retail business channels.”

In his new role, de Boissieu is supported by Mathilde Lonclas as Travel Retail Trade Marketing Assistant and Virginie Dupuis as Travel Retail Administrative Assistant.

As reported, Champagne Lanson is stepping up its travel retail presence. The brand exhibited at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes for the first time in four years in October and is gearing up for new packaging, gift packs and activations specifically aimed at travel retail.
