SINGAPORE. Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck made a surprise visit to his restaurant at Changi Airport last week.

He met customers, signed cookbooks and offered tips and tricks to chefs at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck in Terminal 3.

After sampling some of The Kitchen’s dishes, he added a few extra touches to improve them, operator Emirates Leisure Retail said. These additions will now be reflected in the restaurant menu.

Customers were also able to see the celebrity chef in action as he stepped into the open kitchen to serve up woodfire pizzas.

The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck offers artisanal pizzas, gourmet sandwiches, pasta, salads and entrees in its all-day menu. The bar serves a range of speciality cocktails and Wolfgang Puck’s own label red and white wine.
