CEETRA to host regional forum in October as Christoph Stump joins board

EUROPE. The Central and Eastern European Travel Retail Association (CEETRA) is to host a Travel Retail Forum on 13 October in Budapest, the group decided after a board meeting on 13 July. It will be the association’s first in-person event since the start of the pandemic and takes place at Budapest Airport’s conference centre.

As reported, CEETRA has also updated its board with the appointment of Gebr. Heinemann Director Sales Central & Southeast Europe Christoph Stump. He takes over the role from Gebr. Heinemann Corporate Affairs Manager Benjamin Dillmann.

Christoph Stump: Track record of experience working in Hungary

Welcoming Stump, CEETRA Chairman Andrzej Milaszewicz said: “I am glad indeed that Christoph is joining our Board. His professional path as well as deep rooted presence in our region certainly will enhance the achievement of CEETRA’s goals.”

He noted that Stump has worked and lived in Hungary for many years, and will bring relevant hands-on experience to the group. Stump said “I am looking forward to continuing Gebr. Heinemann’s commitment on the Managing Board and to further promoting the interests of travel retail in the CEETRA region.”

The board said it valued the contribution from Dillmann. “Benjamin was a key member bringing into the board his expertise in engagement and communication but also the passion we needed during the hard times of the pandemic,” Milaszewicz stated.
