Caviar House Airport Premium to host FAB 2018 Opening Cocktail in stunning island location

FINLAND. The Opening Cocktail for this year’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards, hosted by Caviar House Airport Premium, will take place at the spectacular Saaristo restaurant on Klippan Island on 20 June.

There are just 27 days to go to this year’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards, which take place in Helsinki on 20-21 June. The much-anticipated FAB 2018 Awards will be announced at the SSP-sponsored Gala Dinner on 21 June. The menu will feature a distinctly Finnish flavour and guests will be seated at tables decorated with traditional birch wood floral arrangements, to celebrate the Finnish mid-summer.

FAB is organised by The Moodie Davitt Report (with sister title The Foodie Report) and will be hosted this year by Finavia Corporation, operator of Helsinki Vantaa Airport.

FAB, the only industry event dedicated solely to the airport F&B sector, attracts senior representatives from the world’s leading airports, food & beverage concessionaires and brands.
