Travel accessories specialist Cabeau has secured its first listing in the cruise market through a new partnership with Estonian cruise and ferry company, Tallink Group.
Tallink operates a range of mini-cruise and passenger transport services in the northern Baltic Sea region.
Cabeau Director of International Sales Denz Vanderlist said: “After establishing a global presence in airports around the world, we looked at sectors where we could strategically grow and scale our business. Our customers currently rely on Cabeau to help them travel in greater comfort by air and land. We set our sights on travel by sea and saw the ferry and cruise ship industry as a natural fit for our products.
“We are excited to grow our relationship with AS Tallink Grupp, our first listing in this travel retail channel, as we support travellers in creating lasting memories in ultimate comfort.”
Tallink Duty Free Category Manager Aire Kraas commented: “We are very excited about our new collaboration with Cabeau. Cabeau has fantastic products for travellers, which are creating a lot of additional comfort for people on the go.
“By adding Cabeau travel pillows to our selection we hope to offer the same comfort to our passengers and improve our assortment of travel accessories. Great products, efficient displays, good value for money – we expect great results.”
As reported, Tallink Group has taken key steps in boosting its fashion and accessories offer as it diversifies further from the traditional duty free categories such as liquor, tobacco and perfumes.
