Bvlgari collaborates with Israeli fashion star for daring Tel Aviv Airport activation

Bvlgari has unveiled an eye-catching pink podium at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport in Israel to promote its latest fragrance.

The Italian brand has partnered with the JR/Duty Free and Gebr Heinemann joint venture for the activation, which is running between 19 March and 16 April.

The fragrance, Omnia Pink Sapphire, is described by the brand as “effervescent and whimsical”. It was created by Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas.

Israeli hat designer Tami Bar-Lev, a star of the local fashion scene, has created an exclusive capsule collection of four headpieces for Bvlgari. The hand-crafted pieces were inspired by the fragrance and the collection is on display at the pink podium in Terminal 3.

As part of the activation, the brand is also running a ‘#JustDareBulgari’ contest. Travellers are being invited to try on their favourite headpiece from the collection and create an animated GIF. They are then encouraged to share their picture on social media.

The contest can also be entered away from the terminal. Participants can take a selfie anywhere in the world with a pink accessory of their choice. They must then follow @bulgariparfums and share their picture using the hashtags #JustDareBulgari and #dutyfree_il.

The winner will get the chance to create a personalised headpiece with Tami Bar-Lev valued at US$400. They will also receive the Omnia Pink Sapphire fragrance.
