Bulgari boutique opens at Sydney in Australian airport first

AUSTRALIA. Luxury Italian jeweller Bulgari has opened at Sydney Airport’s T1 International terminal, marking an Australian airport first.

The boutique offers a diverse collection of the brand’s most renowned jewellery pieces, together with a range of accessories, handbags, leathergoods, watches and eyewear.

Bulgari sits within Sydney Airport’s T1 luxury streetscape which also houses Tiffany & Co., Hermès, Gucci, Rolex, Burberry, Max Mara, Michael Kors, Tumi, Emporio Armani, Coach, Hugo Boss and Kate Spade.

The boutique’s dramatic façade adds further lustre to one of the most striking luxury zones in the airport world.

Sydney Airport General Manager Retail Glyn Williams said that the Bulgari boutique fits “seamlessly” into the luxury streetscape. It elevates a shopping offer which continues to evolve and provides passengers with the opportunity to shop an extensive selection of luxury goods at tax free prices, he noted.

Marble floors, Murano crystal chandeliers and Roman columns add to the look of luxury.

“We’re continuously evolving our luxury precinct – reviewing the brand mix to shape the absolute best luxury experience for customers,” Williams said.

“The new store looks exceptional with its striking marble, Murano crystal chandeliers and Roman columns and is just a delight to step inside. We’re extremely proud Bulgari has joined our T1 luxury line-up.”

The plentiful space allows an extensive curation of Bulgari’s most renowned jewellery pieces, together with a range of accessories, handbags, leathergoods, watches and eyewear.
