Bottega Veneta weaves a new chapter with masculine eau de parfum

Coty has launched an eau de parfum version of the Bottega Veneta Pour Homme masculine scent. It is available now in global travel retail.

As with the original fragrance, Bottega Veneta Creative Director Tomas Maier collaborated with Master Perfumer Daniela Andrier and Perfumer Antoine Maisondieu. The juice, said to express ‘strength and masculinity’, is inspired by a hike through Italy’s Dolomites mountain range accompanied by a breeze of cedar leaves, fir cones and pine needles.

The eau de parfum features woody, spicy opening notes of cedar leaves and spicy cardamom. The heart of pimento and fir balsam rounds out the fragrance over a base comprised of a leather accord fused with tonka bean.

Bottega Veneta’s famous intrecciato (woven) leather appears on the box of the new fragrance. The fragrance bottle, featuring a screw motif, is a deeper, smokier take on the original in opaque black and gold.

Bottega Veneta Pour Homme Eau de Parfum is available as a 50ml (€80) and 90ml (€115).
