Italian wine producer Bottega has secured listings at Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 1 and 2, through Sunrise Duty Free.
A selection of Bottega’s sparkling and red wines and spirits are now available, including Bottega Stardust, Rose Gold, Brunello di Montalcino, Limoncino and Gin Bacûr.
Bottega Owner and Managing Director Sandro Bottega commented: “We are already present in most Asian countries’ domestic markets, but this is an outstanding commercial achievement for our company.”
In 2017, duty free and travel retail accounted for 32% of Bottega’s overall export turnover, +2% higher than 2016.
The company’s products are listed with over 50 airlines globally and with most leading duty free retailers.
