Blackjack Promotions joins forces with Dulsco in new Middle East venture

UAE/UK. Blackjack Promotions has partnered with Emirati human resources specialist Dulsco to launch a new venture in the Middle East.

Dubai-based Blackjack MENA and Dulsco said they aim to combine the manpower and training skills of both companies to bring global, modern outsourcing strategies and a creative approach to passenger journeys in the UAE.

Within the new operation, Blackjack, which is part of the OmniServ Group, will build on its experience providing brand ambassadors, specialist trained retail staff and experiential activations for global brands across Europe, particularly in airports. It will develop services and campaigns appropriate to both local audiences and international travellers in the region.

Dulsco has been supporting communities in the UAE and neighbouring countries for 83 years. The company, which has been recognised by the UAE government for its modern employment practices, will contribute its operational strength and local knowledge.

Blackjack MENA powered by Dulsco is led by Dulsco CEO and Managing Director David Stockton and OmniServ Group Managing Director Antony Marke. The day-to-day operation of the new UAE operation will be overseen by Blackjack Managing Director Jason Miles.
