Blackjack Promotions appoints Fiona Rayner as Head of Experiential & International Operations

EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST. Blackjack Promotions has named Fiona Rayner as Head of Experiential & International Operations.

Rayner’s new role aligns with the company’s plans to expand internationally. The appointment follows the launch of a joint venture in the Middle East in which Blackjack has partnered with Emirati people solutions company Dulsco to offer modern retail staffing and experiential marketing solutions for brands and retailers in the region.

Blackjack said it also marks a “significant step up” for expanding its travel retail presence in Ireland.

Fiona Rayner takes on the job of upping Blackjack Promotions’ presence in travel retail in Ireland.

Rayner (née Tindall) joined Blackjack Promotions in 2016 as an Account Director from World Duty Free, where she was Customer Service Manager at Heathrow Terminal 5. She later became Head of Domestic Retail to spearhead the development of Blackjack’s retail division.

In her new role Rayner will split her time between Blackjack’s London Heathrow headquarters, Dublin and Dubai. Her focus will be on supporting the development of travel retail and domestic accounts across Ireland, driving growth and operational efficiencies in the MENA region, as well as supporting the UK operation.

Rayner said she is confident that the Blackjack brand can grow and develop outside of the UK market.

“Aligning our creative capabilities with the UK is going to elevate our position in these markets and I am thrilled to lead this with the support of my team,” she said.

Blackjack Promotions Managing Director Jason Miles commented: “Blackjack has expanded into new and exciting markets in recent years. Positioning Fiona in this role enables us to extend our capabilities outside of the UK and enhance our offering even further to offer clients a range of creative brand and customer experience solutions.”
