Beauty Contact set for Cadillac Women fragrance launch in Cannes

UAE. Beauty Contact is set to launch the long-awaited Cadillac Women fragrance at the TFWA World Exhibition next month, along with new additions to its Storm, Lambretta, Katie Price, and Westlife lines (Stand number: Yellow Village F51).

Arnaud Winter, the nose behind the Cadillac Women fragrance, said: “I created the Cadillac Women fragrance to mirror this legendary brand, remembering its understated elegance and sophistication.” The scent was designed to exude “extraordinary refinement and performance”, Winter explained, as these are all traits of the “Cadillac woman”.

Beauty Contact has successfully introduced Cadillac fragrances in Cochin Duty Free with Alpha-Kreol; in Kolkata, Chennai and Goa in India with Flemingo; in Dubai’s sea ports and soon in Emirates’ staff duty free stores. The company is also close to finalising a deal with Muscat Duty Free and a few other duty free retailers in the Middle East, it said.

Besides the launch of the Cadillac Women fragrance, the Dubai-based company will also be presenting a range of Storm fragrances for men and women, including the new Storm Electric. New for 2010, Storm Electric for men is an intense woody amber fragrance while Storm for women is a fruity floral accord.

Also on show is the Lambretta fragrance for men, created in 2009. The scent is a citrus accord with lemon and mandarin notes blended around a floral heart and spicy twists of cardamom, black pepper and sage, settling down into a base of moss, incense and amber woods.

New from Katie Price is the Precious Love fragrance, which has top notes of kaffir lime and watery musk; heart notes of jasmine, rose, and barley; and base notes of white wood, amber, vanilla, musk, benzoin and palisander wood.

Following on from the success of the “˜Westlife X’ fragrance, Beauty Contact is introducing a new fragrance from the Irish pop band – simply called “˜Westlife’. Described as a classic scent in contemporary packaging, it has watery floral top notes of grapefruit, cassis and apricot; heart notes of transparent floral, muguet, rose, jasmine and apple; and base notes of dry green, musk, and blond woods.

In addition to these new launches, Beauty Contact will present four scents – Sensual, Musical, Masquerade, and Sparkle – from the Madonna Nudes 1979 portfolio, first previewed at last year’s TFWA World Exhibition.

Beauty Contact is the exclusive global licensee for the Cadillac and Madonna Nudes 1979 fragrance brands for both the travel retail and domestic markets.

Beauty Contact will also showcase gift sets for both men and women from new brand, Storm
