Beam Suntory Global Travel Retail Spirited Speaker Series: Sucharita Kodali, VP Retail Analyst at Forrester

Following the success of earlier programmes, Beam Suntory has launched Series 2 of its Spirited Speaker Series. The online videos, introduced by Global Head of Marketing – Travel Retail Ed Stening, underline how the drinks company is adhering to its tradition of innovation, even during crisis.

This episode features Sucharita Kodali, Vice President Retail Analyst at Forrester Research and focuses on the topic of omnichannel in the travel retail space. How can digital remove friction in the shopper’s journey and generate a win-win for both consumer and the retailer on the path to purchase?

Ms Kodali is an expert on ecommerce, omnichannel retail, consumer behavior, and trends in the online shopping space. She is also an authority on technology developments that affect the online commerce industry and vendors that facilitate online marketing and merchandising.

Before joining Forrester, Ms Kodali was Director of Marketing at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she managed the customer acquisition, retention, and market research efforts for the US$2 billion luxury retailer’s online channel.
