Ballantine’s introduces Asia travel retail exclusive 21yo Oak Collection

Pernod Ricard Travel Retail has launched Ballantine’s 21yo Signature Oak Collection. It will be exclusive to Asia travel retail for the first year.

The line comprises the Signature Editions, Ballantine’s 21yo European Oak and Ballantine’s 21yo American Oak. It is exclusive to Asia travel retail until November 2018.

European Oak gives the whisky top notes of raisin, balanced with a spicy and aromatic fruitcake flavour. American Oak elevates the whisky with top notes of vanilla, a toffee flavour and a honey finish.

The collection is housed in packaging that marries the original colouring and design of each Signature Oak Edition. 21 rings illustrative of an oak tree span the two halves of the box to underline the whisky’s age and quality.
