UK. Aspire Airport Lounges by Swissport has launched an app-based reward scheme for travellers, with incentives including shopping vouchers and free lounge stays.
The Aspire Rewards scheme aims to reward all Aspire Lounge guests and replaces the company’s previous scheme, LoungeMiles.
In the new scheme, lounge users will receive points per visit and after reaching a certain level of points can either receive a free lounge visit or a £5 e-gift voucher eligible at a number of high end stores including John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
Swissport said customers booking directly on www.executivelounges.com are able to earn rewards quicker than other entry methods to the lounges.
“We have a number of lounges throughout some of the busiest airports in the UK and as a business we felt it was right to start rewarding customers who book directly through us,” said Swissport Vice President of Global Lounges Shaun Weston.
“Our new application is easy to use and is available on both the Apple app store and Google Play making it accessible to millions of people.”
