ARRA and The Moodie Davitt Report to co-host conference session at Summit of the Americas in April

USA. The Airport Restaurant & Retail Association (ARRA) and The Moodie Davitt Report are jointly organising a key conference session at the Summit of the Americas in Palm Beach, Florida (16-19 April), with a high-profile panel of speakers confirmed.

The session takes place on Tuesday 18 April at 1pm under the theme ‘Building a resilient, sustainable future’.

Speakers include Motta Internacional CEO Erasmo Orillac, International Shoppes Co-CEO Matthew Greenbaum, J. DeCock Consulting Owner Jim De Cock – an experienced airport executive whose career includes lengthy periods working with San Diego and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airports – and ARRA Executive Director Andrew Weddig. The Moodie Davitt Report President Dermot Davitt will moderate the session.

The panel will discuss how to evolve the airport concessionaire business in a way that supports a sustainable, resilient and equitable future for all partners.

It will tackle the new world of airport retailing post-Covid, a changing consumer and talk about challenges such as labour, debt and inflation and their impact on the concessions business.
