APTRA launches search to fulfil senior management role

ASIA PACIFIC. The Board of the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association (APTRA) has launched a search to fulfil a senior management role.

The individual chosen will be tasked with executing the strategic plans of the association and managing its various activities. An executive search agency has been appointed to assist with the task.

The search was initiated following the resignation of Executive Officer Michael Barrett, who has joined The Moodie Davitt Report as Events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Director.

In the interim, international agency Hume Brophy will manage APTRA’s affairs. The organisations have collaborated on advocacy issues over the past 18 months. Hume Brophy will report directly to APTRA President Andrew Ford and the members of the Board.

Sharolyn Paul will continue to handle the day-to-day administrative affairs of the association. She can be contacted at admin@aptra.asia.

Anyone wishing to be considered for the APTRA management role should send their CV and a covering email to info@aptra.asia.
