UK. Jet2.com has extended Alpha LSG’s catering and logistics services contract by five years.
The enhanced contract runs until 2021 and covers the airline’s entire UK network, including new routes at Birmingham and London Stansted airports.
Alpha LSG has been servicing Jet2.com since the airline began UK operations in 2003. It is responsible for procurement, warehousing and packing of Jet2.com’s retail products into bar sets and onboard service products which are packaged into kits for passengers. Hot meals are supplied to the airline’s customers including entrees from Alpha LSG’s frozen food production facility along with full logistical support for on- and off-loading aircraft, equipment cleaning and storage.
