Safilo Group has partnered with King Power International (Thailand) to promote its Polaroid eyewear brand at the retailer’s Srivaree downtown duty free complex.
The activation, which ran throughout October, centred on a ‘Mr Pixel’ Polaroid mascot.
Mr Pixel posed for photos with adults and children and gave out Polaroid stickers and badges. King Power sales staff were also given mascot badges to wear with their uniforms.
Safilo Group and Marc Jacobs’ partnership dates back to 2004 and has now been extended through to the end of 2031.
The Moodie Davitt Report was on location in Sanya, Hainan province this week at the signing ceremony to mark the official commencement of the DFS Yalong Bay project, described as the first world-class, seven-star luxury retail and entertainment destination in Sanya, Hainan Province.
The activation is Bulgari’s first with Thélios since joining its portfolio in January 2024. It also marks Thélios’ first major activation in global travel retail.
