Airota introduces ‘next generation’ in workforce management software

INTERNATIONAL. Software development company Airota will present its new workforce management tool for travel retail at next month’s TFWA World Exhibition (stand DB13, Digital Village).

Airota was founded two years ago by Synergy Promotions Founder and Chairman John Elliott, who has 14 years’ experience in travel retail.

Airota’s new software solution is cloud based and offers staff management, communication, administration, reporting and analytic services. A smartphone app allows all staff to communicate with the software which provides real time information and enables users to make changes to activations and track progress during an activation.

The workforce management tool is celebrating its first year in service with duty free retailers, brands and agencies. According to Synergy Promotions, which has used Airota’s bespoke management solutions for 12 months, it has seen a +30% increase in turnover since implementing the software.

Airota Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John Elliott said the inclusion of a Digital Village at the TFWA for the first time is the perfect time to celebrate Airota’s first year. “Two years ago we began to develop a bespoke management tool and having invested over £500,000 to create Airota, I am delighted our clients are experiencing fantastic results.
