ADP-SSP joint venture add new brands to dining offer at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

FRANCE. EPIGO, the food & beverage joint venture between Groupe ADP and SSP, has extended the dining offer at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport with the opening of Bellota-Bellota and Yo! Sushi. The units are located in Terminals 2E and 2F.

The airport company said: “Paris Aéroport welcomes the arrival of two new brands, renowned worldwide for the quality of their products: Bellota-Bellota, selling the finest ham in the world, and Yo! Sushi, the leading international Japanese kaiten-sushi chain.”

Paris CDG Terminal 2F is home to outlets from both new brands, as the airport diversifies its F&B offer

Bellota-Bellota offers Iberian traditional charcuterie and seafood including Cantabrian anchovies and extra tender ventresca tuna fillets, a selection of oils and vinegars from Catalonia, cured and semi-cured Manchego cheeses, and a wine cellar dedicated exclusively to Spanish wine. The unit is located in the Schengen zone of Terminal 2F. Travellers can either dine-in or purchase bocadillos (Spanish sandwiches) or a selection from the delicatessen to take away.

Yo! Sushi offers up to 100 dishes in Terminal 2F, Schengen area and T2E, Hall K. Bowls of food, prepared in front of the customers, travel on a conveyor belt around the restaurant. In addition to its hot Japanese meal options (miso, ramen), Yo! Sushi also offers cold dishes served with traditional accompaniments (rolls, sushi, sashimi, temaki). A takeaway option is also available.
