UK. AGS (Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton) Airports is inviting potential partners to tender for the provision of Bureau de Change and ATM services at the three airports for the period 2020-2024 inclusive.
The three airports serve flights to over 90 destinations with a significant number of passengers connecting to other international countries. Collectively they are forecast to serve 14 million two-way passengers in 2019.
Companies should provide evidence of experience and qualifications to manage the bureau business, including information on their presence in the UK markets and current activities.
Bidders will be expected to supply a five-year offer. This should explain their vision of the market and their approach to maximising roll-up and digital sales as well as displaying their innovation capabilities.
Indicative timetable for the tender
Tenders issued: 27 March
Site visits: 1-15 April
Tender returns: 8 May
Short list: 22 May
Tender presentations: 3–7 June
Agree preferred bidder: 28 June
AGS approvals: 1 August
Award: 8 August
