A sprinkle of magic: Harry Potter Shop opens at Heathrow T5

UK. The Harry Potter Shop has opened at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. The 600sq ft store began trading this week as the new Warner Brothers’ Harry Potter film – Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them – is released.

The store sells over 200 items, many of them exclusive to Heathrow. It offers ranges from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, as well as collectibles, gifts, novelties and souvenirs from Platform 9 ¾ at King’s Cross Station and the West End play ‘Harry Potter and The Cursed Child Parts One and Two’.

The Harry Potter Shop Chief Executive Jonathan Sands said: “We are proud to be opening at Heathrow Terminal 5, in partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, and look forward to bringing some of our magic to the UK’s most iconic airport.”

Heathrow Airport Commercial Director Jonathan Coen said: “Harry Potter is loved across the globe and what better place to enjoy gift and souvenirs from the Wizarding World before our passengers fly to the other side of the world.
