“DFS is always committed to finding new ways to surprise and delight our loyal travelling customers, and there is something for everyone to discover at T Galleria by DFS, Sydney.”

DFS has occupied the 70,000sq ft-plus red-brick premises in George Street (within the historic The Rocks district) for 29 years. T Galleria by DFS, Sydney, the New South Wales capital’s only downtown duty free store, stands near the famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

The revamped store features over 150 top brands, DFS said. It showcases an extensive selection across DFS’ five ‘pillars of luxury’: fashion and accessories, beauty and fragrances, watches and jewellery, wines and spirits, and food and gifts. Many items are available exclusively (within Australia), including Michael Kors x DFS collection and Tiffany & Co.’s Keys.

Watch World on the third level features a double-height ceiling and black-and-white checkered flooring. DFS described the zone as “the ultimate in retail elegance”, befitting the 57 luxury watch brands that are showcased. Over 20 leading sunglasses brands are available on the same floor. The beauty and fragrance offer on the fourth floor features many leading international colour, beauty and perfume brands.

DFS has run the familiar red brick store in Sydney’s historic The Rocks district for nearly 30 years

The refurbishment of T Galleria by DFS, Sydney began in August 2016 under the direction of Australian design company PMDL, which was also responsible for the design of T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams, and T Galleria by DFS, Angkor.

The black and white checkered flooring, giant pillars, high ceiling and boutique entrances, and natural light add to the elegant ambience
