USA. Elevate Gourmet Brands has introduced grab & go dining concept Pronto! to San Francisco International Airport. The company has opened its Pronto GoGo! Mobile Marketplace pre-security in T2, with a further Pronto! outlet to open in T3 post-security next year.
The company has partnered with Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) enterprise Skyview Concessions.
Elevate Gourmet Brands President Jon Araghi said: “With each of our concepts, we want to bring something new to the airport space, offering new dining experiences while maintaining speed of service.
“With Pronto! we’re partnering with small, local purveyors from San Francisco’s diverse neighbourhoods, and showcasing their prepared meals to the millions of travellers, employees and flight crews who pass through SFO every year.
“It’s a win for airport diners, but it’s also a win for local businesses. As a Bay Area company ourselves, we’re excited to bring the neighbourhood to the airport.”
Skyview Concessions was founded by Apryl Stewart, a 25-year veteran of airport concessions, with operations at San Francisco International, Sacramento International and Los Angeles International airports.
