French leisurewear brand Eden Park is to launch a duty free-exclusive menswear range at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes (Blue Village E4).
Eden Park describes the capsule collection of polo shirts, jerseys, long-sleeved pieces and trousers – with prominent colours of red, white and blue – as a “celebration of France”. The exclusive range will also include accessories, bags and fragrances.
Eden Park said its new pieces and products were inspired by French tradition and the brand’s strong identity.
Eden Park was named after the New Zealand rugby ground where the first Rugby World Cup final was played out between France and New Zealand in 1987. The brand was launched in 1988 on the initiative of two French international rugby players, Franck Mesnel and Eric Blanc. It is known for its pink bowtie label and colourful Bow Tie Pins support the Les Papillon du Ciel initiative at a school for underprivileged children in Madagascar.
Eden Park is active in 34 countries and intends to extend its footprint in travel retail. Its products are available in airports in Abidjan, Marrakech, Cairo, Lagos and Dubai and a new outlet is due to open at Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport in September.
Eden Park said its participation in the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference would increase brand visibility and hasten developments in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The brand is also targeting new markets including Canada and the USA.
