The conference programme focuses on topics impacting the airport food & beverage, retail and services sectors, including customer experience, food trends and non-traditional environments.

Speakers include customer experience expert David Avrin; Hunter Palmer Global Retail Solutions Partner Keith Hunter; M1nd-set owner and CEO Peter Mohn; One Red Kite Founder Kevin Brocklebank; and Plaza Premium Group Director of Global Business Development Jonathan Song.

One of the 2020 Airport Experience Conference’s key panel sessions brings together US airport directors, while a session called ‘Women Taking Flight’ features women speakers who hold leading airport management positions. They will discuss their own trailblazing efforts and those of their colleagues, while assessing ways to ensure that women see clear avenues to executive positions in airports.
