OMAN. The 2019 MEADFA Conference is to take place in Muscat, Oman this November.
The event is managed by the Tax Free World Association (TFWA) and will be hosted by Muscat Duty Free. The Opening Cocktail will be held on 24 November, with the conference taking place on the following two days. A Gala Dinner, sponsored by Muscat Duty Free, will be held on the evening of 25 November.
TFWA said the event provides an “essential learning and networking opportunity for those already operating in or looking to do business in one of duty free and travel retail’s most dynamic regions”.
The organisation will release further details on the venue and programme shortly.
The last MEADFA Conference, hosted in Beirut in November 2018, welcomed 442 delegates from 35 countries.
