YSL extends its set portfolio with exclusive Palette Parisienne

Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) has unveiled a new travel retail exclusive make-up set, the Palette Parisienne. The name references the house’s flagship feminine fragrance, Parisienne, which was launched in 2009, and aims to evoke French-style chic.

The set comprises 10 “couture colours”, chosen by YSL’s Make-up Creative Director Lloyd Simmonds. They are housed in a slim, black lacquer case, complete with panoramic mirror.

The universal shades are said to adapt to the skin tones of all women, from every continent. The products featured are a pink blusher, five eye shadows (violet, midnight blue, bronze, gold and sand), three Rouges à Lèvres Pur Couture lip colours, and a Golden Gloss nude shine lip gloss. A mini black Mascara Volume Effet Faux-Cils Shocking completes the palette.

The set is presented in a protective suede pouch bag, which can be re-used. YSL’s Palette Parisienne also includes three brushes: a foam-tip applicator for eye shadow; a lip brush; and a blusher brush.
