Trinity-2016-600x100-Email

The Trinity Forum, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference, will be held at the Trident Nariman Point Hotel in Mumbai on 12-14 September. Interest is building in the event following the publication of a powerful preliminary agenda (see below).

Hotel booking (with special rates for Trinity delegates) is open now for the Trident Nariman and The Oberoi, Mumbai, two of the city’s most prestigious hotels. They are connected by a walkway and both offer direct access to the conference facility.

Event registration, which features an ‘early bird’ discount until 30 June, is also open. Delegates can register for the event and book their hotel rooms via the dedicated Trinity Forum website here.

The Trinity Forum is hosted this year by GVK and Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL). The event is a tri-partite alliance between The Moodie Davitt Report, Airports Council International (ACI) and ACI Asia-Pacific.

Platinum Sponsors for the event are L’Oréal Travel Retail, Dufry, Diageo and Travel Food Services, with Mars a Gold Sponsor and JTI joining Dubai Duty Free as a Silver Sponsor.

Lunch on day one will be sponsored by Perricone MD and on day two by SSP. Luxottica-owned Sunglass Hut is lending its support with sponsorship of the day one coffee break, while Lacoste is sponsoring the delegate pads and Desigual the delegate bags.

Further sponsorship opportunities, including coffee breaks, are available – please contact Sarah Genest at Sarah@MoodieDavittReport.com

City and airport tours are also available as part of what promises to be a memorable social agenda. Delegates have the option of attending either the half day city tour or half day airport tour on the morning of 12 September. A packed lunch will be provided during the tours.

For the half day airport tour, delegates must send a scanned copy of their passport along with scanned passport size photograph at least five weeks prior to the event. Please sent this information to events@aci.aero
