Times OOH encourages storytelling on the road to Mumbai Airport

INDIA. Times OOH has launched a prime outdoor branding space on the elevated road underpass to Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport  Terminal 2.

The 1,800sq media platform comprises 30 six-foot pedestal-mounted backlit visuals.

The outdoor advertising company has placed a series of backlit ‘storyboard’ units in the underpass, which connects the city’s Western Express Highway to T2. Times OOH said the units allow brands to target audiences making their way to or from the airport.

Times OOH holds the branding and advertising rights to the space and noted the high visibility the media offers to 2.38 million passengers a month.

“A unique opportunity for advertisers to build a storyboard or deliver multiple messages” – Times Innovative Media CEO Arghya Chakravarty

“The sequential placement of the media offers a unique opportunity for advertisers to build a storyboard or deliver multiple messages in an uncluttered stretch,” said Times Innovative Media CEO Arghya Chakravarty.

“In addition, the backlit media really shines through in the dim environment of the underpass, thereby delivering high impact. We hope to keep innovating and providing such unique brand communication vehicles across our properties to advertisers.”
