The Loop Duty Free staffer wins key customer service award at Auckland Airport

NEW ZEALAND. The Loop Duty Free NZ Sales Advisor Angela Akai was one of two winners of the coveted Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for Outstanding Customer Service.

She was one of several Auckland Airport retail staff recognised for their outstanding work ethic and customer service at the 2016 Auckland Airport Retail Excellence Awards.

The awards ceremony took place on 13 September at the Villa Maria Estate, home to one of New Zealand’s most prestigious wineries. The awards were judged by an independent panel representing Auckland Airport.

Akai said: “I love working at The Loop Duty Free and giving the best customer experience that I possibly can. It is awesome to be recognised for that as one of the MVPs at Auckland Airport.”
