INDIA. British fashion and lifestyle brand Superdry has opened its first airport outlet in India, at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal 2, Mumbai.
The store has a vintage-themed interior with familiar Superdry fixtures including a glass-jar chandelier. Merchandise displays are the same as those featured throughout the global network of Superdry outlets.
The new store opened with the brand’s Autumn/Winter 2016 collection.
Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) said the new outlet was one of a number of premium brands recently introduced to Chhatrapati Shivaji International.
“Since its launch, Superdry has brought its distinct ‘future classic’ aesthetic to the Indian consumer,” MIAL stated.
