First revealed at the TFWA Asia Pacific exhibition earlier this year, Revlon has reported a positive response to its Revlon Professional Uniq One hair care range and hopes it will help to build the premium hair care category in travel retail.
Future plans for the line include the addition of more products and the rolling out of an inflight plan.
The Revlon Professional Uniq One line, only available in hair salons and through travel retail, includes a conditioning shampoo and hair treatment. Suitable for all hair types, both contain multiple benefits, including: heat protection, frizz control, UVA and UVB filters and a volumising formulation.
Revlon Senior Vice-President and General Manager David Carvalho explained: “The haircare category in travel retail has a huge amount of potential, which has yet to be fully explored. The introduction of our new range is an exciting step for Revlon.”
