UK/INTERNATIONAL. Plaza Premium Lounge was crowned the World’s Best Independent Airport Lounge at the Skytrax 2016 World Airline Awards, which took place on 12 July at the Farnborough International Airshow.
The company was recognised for its exceptional lounge facilities and service standards, with a special recognition for its London Heathrow and Hong Kong operations.

In related news, last month Plaza Premium Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport took home the “Corporate Excellence Award” for “Best Customer Service of the Year” as part of the airport’s annual Customer Service Excellence Programme.
Plaza Premium Group provides premium airport services in over 140 locations across the world, serving over 11 million passengers annually. Following the recent opening of Plaza Premium Lounges in Cebu, Phnom Penh and Siam Reap, the company is set for further expansion in Taipei, Brisbane, Rio de Janeiro and Riyadh. Four new Plaza Premium Lounges will also open at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport on 26 July.
