Paradies Lagardère opens Whitetail Bistro at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport

USA. Paradies Lagardère and Kent Rathbun Concepts have partnered to open a new Whitetail Bistro at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Both companies have been awarded contracts for three new restaurants and bars at the airport. Whitetail Bistro, in Terminal D, is the first to open.

Whitetail Bistro is said to offer a modern Texas twist on French cuisine. Its menu includes Cornmeal Crusted Texas Catfish ‘Fish and Chips’ with serrano chile-white barbeque tartar sauce, and small plates such as Chargrilled Pork Albondigos with fire-roasted ranchero and cotija cheese.
