Massport to issue Boston Logan concessions programme RFP in July

USA. The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) says it anticipates issuing its Request for Proposals (RFP) for the food & beverage, news, duty free and speciality retail concessions programme at Boston Logan International Airport in July.

Details of the RFP, covering Terminals A, B, C and E, were announced earlier this year. Airmall currently oversees the airport’s concessions programme.

Massport said it would make the RFP and further details of the process available on its website once ready for distribution.

In order to download the forthcoming RFP or receive further details on the RFP process, interested parties must register at the website.

Massport will then conduct a two-day Pre-Submission Conference at Boston Logan, which will include three components. These will be an RFP presentation and review session; a networking session for potential respondents to network with interested operators; and a site tour of the concession premises. Final dates will be included in the RFP, it said.
