FRANCE. Earlier this week LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) invited 220 talented higher education students to learn about the luxury group’s 15 houses and the importance of innovation.
The ‘first-of-its-kind’ event, called Inside LVMH, comprised three parts. To begin, a small group of students were given an in-depth introduction to LVMH’s houses as well as taking part in discussions with managers and employees. Next, students were asked to prepare a 1.5-minute pitch at LVMH headquarters outlining their vision of innovation in the luxury sector.
Finally, LVMH Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies Chantal Gaemperle and Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault held a masterclass and Q&A session before students had a tour of the exhibition Icons of Modern Art, the Shchukin Collection.

LVMH said: “Inside LVMH generated a highly positive response from both the young talents present and the managers and employees of the participating houses. The format of the day, as well as the experience, material for reflection and enriching exchanges it offered, were all enthusiastically received.”
